How a crew request works
One call or one form. Here is what happens after you send it.
- Step 01
Send the request
Trade, headcount, site address, start date and how long you need them. A call or the online form both work.
- Step 02
We match the crew
We pick workers who have done that work before and hold the tickets your site requires, then confirm names with you.
- Step 03
Crew shows up ready
Workers arrive on time with PPE, check in with your super and start on your scope.
- Step 04
Adjust as you go
Add hands for a pour, drop down when a phase ends or swap a worker. One call to the office handles it.
The people you deal with
When you call JF West Coast, you talk to the people running the crews. Our owner, office manager and foremen stay close to every site we staff.
